Universal Stock Items:
Universal Stock Items (except specials, clearance items, and accessories) can be returned for exchange or refund withen 15 days.
On these items the purchaser must pay all freight charges, to receive goods and to return them back to Classic Sheepskin. Returns for refund will also be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
No re-stocking fee applies to exchanges.
All returns and exchanges must adhere to our return procedure.
Custom Fit and Tailor-Made Items:
Custom and Tailor-Made items are seatcovers that are not in stock. Custom and Tailor-Made items are made to order in the fabric that you choose for a specific vehicle make, model, and year. Classic Sheepskin guarantees the fit, quality and workmanship of all custom seat covers. Any warranty concerns or errors by the manufacturer will be corrected at no cost to the purchaser. However, due to the custom-made nature of these products, Custom and Tailor-Made items are not returnable for refund or exchange.
Claims of non-fit must be verified; customers are asked to send in a photo (digital or otherwise) showing the specifics of any error in fit. Customers will then be asked to follow our return procedure. Any fit concerns will be corrected and the product will be returned to the purchaser.
Please note that incorrect installation of seat covers can result in an improper fit. Customers may be advised to seek professional expertise as to their seat cover installation if they are unable to install the seat covers themselves. This can be done by Trim and Upholstery shops. If a customer is unsure whether their seat covers are installed properly, they may contact us toll-free at 1-800-709-8790 or email Randy@MySheepskin.com.
Customers are 100% responsible for their choice of color, fabric and correct seat style for their vehicle. If unsure, please call us at 1-800-709-8790 or email Randy@MySheepskin.com and we can send fabric swatches. For gift giving needs please order Gift Certificates which are fully redeemable for purchase or credit to a card.
Please note that Custom and Tailor-made seat covers may take 2-4 weeks for manufacture and delivery. All orders are considered firm and cannot cancelled be once orders have been processed for payment and put into production.

Authorized returns will be issued a RA (Return Authorization) number as well as the address of our USA Depot to which the goods may be returned.
All seat cover Specials and Accessories, Head-Rest Covers, Arm Rest covers, Medical sheepskin are Non-Returnable.
